Here’s the short story.

Ben’s book is basically all about the science of doing the impossible.

Although it’s written for businesses, it can be applied to anything.

You start by 10x-ing your thinking—creating a new “Frame” for what’s possible.

When you do that, you need to raise your “Floor” of what you say “yes” to while saying “NO!” to almost everything.

Then you ruthlessly “Focus” on doing what you need to do to hit your target such that the impossible becomes possible.

Now…

As part of the push to activate our movement by empowering 1M people (while driving $100M of revenue for Heroic!), I’m going to finish my canon of 1,000 Philosopher’s Notes.

My original “impossible“ goal was to get to 1,000 Notes by October 29, 2027. (Check out the Note for the significance of that date!)

The more I got into The Science of Scaling and got REALLY clear on our Frame, Floor, and Focus while empowering the team to execute our radically simplified approach, the more it became clear to me that I had a shot at hitting the 1,000 Notes sooner.

To be clear: It’s nearly mathematically impossible given the constrains of reality of 24 hours in a day.

But…

I’m going to have fun seeing if I can hit 1,000 by the end of this year.

I’m at ~720 Notes right now. That’s 280 Notes to go.

There are 47 weeks left in the year. To hit 1,000 by the end of the year, I’d have to create and ship SIX Notes per week.

That’s the plan.

I challenge you to keep up with me. 🤓

Practically speaking, I have 101+ books I read last year that I haven’t done Notes on yet. I’ll have a little head start as I hammer Notes on those.

I am GIDDY about sharing all the life-changing wisdom I possibly can with you this year as we ruthlessly Focus on activating our movement via 1M heroes saying PN was the best $100 they ever invested in themselves.

Having said all that…

That’s MY crazy-impossible goal.

Ultimately this email isn’t about me.

It’s about my all-time favorite hero…

We won’t be doing anything to improve it over the next phase (and all NEW Notes will be exclusively available on the new PN site/app). Once we’ve executed the PN relaunch with excellence and hit that target, we’ll come back and make the Heroic app all it’s capable of being.

We’re going to call the scientifically-validated “Big 3” protocol the “Heroic OS” and I am GOOSEBUMPS giddy to make the onboarding and entire experience all that it is capable of being.

From there, we will bring the same Focus on creating a world-class experience for our Heroic Guide training programs.

The Mission is the same as it’s ever been.

We will help create a world in which 51% of humanity is flourishing by the year 2051.

We train Heroes. Who become Guides. So we can change the world together. 🫡
