“Here is a spiritual law that bears repeating: The exact things that you will do anything to avoid are the same things you need to make progress.”PHIL STUTZ |
Happy Sunday!
Hope you had a great week!
Michael here. 👋
I have a new favorite Philosopher’s Note:
Here’s the quote Brian placed in the pole position:
“A philosophy sucks and doesn’t truly exist unless it ends in action.”
Which begs us to ask ourselves two questions:
(1) What is my philosophy?
What are the guiding principles I strive to follow?
And…
(2) Am I demonstrating that philosophy in the actions I take?
Let’s close the gap between knowing and doing.
Between who we’re capable of being and who we’re actually being.
Today.
-Michael
P.S. Happy Easter to those celebrating! Fun Easter Egg. 🥚Look on the bottom right side of Brian’s notes from his very first session with Phil, (linked in the PN and here).
You’ll find these words:
“Thy will be done. Deed. Christ → Not a teacher, but a DOER.”
All real philosophy ends in action.
Enjoy this past week's featured Notes!
