There is an old saying that if you don’t know what you stand for, you’ll fall for anything. Throughout my work helping individuals transform their lives, I’ve seen that people rarely act on information alone. Instead, people make changes based on their values and sense of identity. I developed the FOREVER STRONG Ethos to establish a unified approach to life and health so you can draw upon the mutual support that comes from aligning around a shared mission. In essence, this ethos lays the foundation for our work together, over the next six weeks and beyond. Think of the FOREVER STRONG Ethos as providing guardrails for your life to help keep you laser-focused on achieving the musclecentric lifestyle that will foster health and longevity.
